Diet For Losing Weight Fast


Lose five to seven kilos in a week.
With a diet of cabbage can look a slender figure in a few days, just follow to the letter. When you start the diet you should take extra water, you can take as much soup as you want and you can season your meals with soy sauce or herbs, salt, pepper, lemon, ketchup, mustard or vinegar.
Ingredients:

- 2 green peppers

Preparation for the cabbage soup

Day 4: Bananas and skim milk. You can eat up to 8 if you want, and the same number of glasses of milk.
Day 5: Beef, chicken without skin and / or fish. You can also accompany it with 6 tomatoes.
Day 6: Like the 5th, add vegetables.
Day 7: Brown rice, vegetables and fruit juice without sugar.
